    We challenge you to look into Isabelle's eyes and imagine her standing on a slaughter house floor waiting to be slaughtered. Imagine the fear and horror she would have experienced in the last moments of her life. Isabelle was lucky she escaped the horror of slaughter and now lives the good life but 100,00 American horses are not so lucky. They need your help and voice to send a clear message to our government that Americans will not tolerate the injustice and cruelty of horse slaughter.  We believe that horse slaughter is not only inhumane but unjust and against the basic values of American society.
    PETE also opposes the helicopter roundups of our wild horses and their removal to federal holding pens. PETE believes that the wild horses should remain free on the lands designated for them by an act of Congress.
